Designed with a teal background scattered with small white dots like confetti 🎉, the card shows two friendly cartoon animals sharing a close, celebratory moment. On the left stands a chunky green, dinosaur-like creature on two legs, smiling widely as it leans slightly toward its companion in an easy, caring stance. Along its back is a row of small spikes, and one raised hand holds four balloons in magenta, orange, yellow, and deep teal, with thin strings hanging down. To the right, a small black-and-white bear-like cub looks up with wide eyes, as if admiring the balloons and the taller friend with gentle trust. The cub wears a bright yellow cone party hat decorated with red dots and topped with a multicolored pom-pom. Near the top area, a large yellow speech bubble points from the green creature, and the words “Happy Birthday” appear inside in dark lettering 🎂. The scene uses simple shading and smooth shapes, with the balloons floating above the pair against the dotted teal backdrop.
