This greeting card features three shiny balloon shapes floating near the top on a bright white background, setting a cheerful birthday scene 🎉. One balloon has teal and lime stripes, another is magenta with small white dots, and the third is orange with matching dotted accents, each catching the light with glossy highlights. Thin black strings hang down from the balloons, gently pointing your eye toward the message as if they’re guiding it into place. Around them, scattered confetti adds motion with tiny stars in gold, blue, and deep pink, plus small dots and curved golden strokes that feel like a burst mid-celebration. Centered below, the birthday greeting appears in large, dimensional letters with a mix of cool metallic blues and rich pink tones, giving the words a slightly raised look. Subtle shading and soft reflections on the letters echo the shine of the balloons, tying everything together like a coordinated party setup 🎂. The overall layout feels friendly and close, like a shared laugh between friends under floating decorations. The confetti clusters are densest around the text, with a few star shapes drifting outward toward the edges.
