This card features a cheerful, human-like cat centered on a creamy background, its soft beige fur topped with bright orange stripes that feel like a friendly hug 🎉. The cat’s eyes curve into happy crescents, with rosy cheeks and fine whiskers that suggest it’s sharing the moment with someone close. A tall party hat sits on its head, striped in blue and orange and finished with a fluffy pom‑pom. In its paws, the cat holds a slim striped noisemaker, angled slightly upward as if it’s about to celebrate right beside a friend 🎂. Above the character, the words “happy BIRTHDAY” are placed near the top, with “happy” in orange and “BIRTHDAY” in deep blue for clear contrast. Small star and cross shapes float around the cat and the lettering in matching orange and blue, like confetti drifting through the air. The final detail is the scattered tiny motifs surrounding the central figure, evenly spaced across the background in orange and blue.
