This design shows a cute, bear-like creature standing upright with soft rounded shapes and a bright, friendly grin, its black-and-white fur warmed by rosy pink on the cheeks and inner ears. It holds two floating balloons out in front as if offering them to someone special, adding a gentle, affectionate tone to the pose 👨. One balloon is sky blue with red and yellow polka dots, and the other is solid yellow, both tugging upward on thin strings. Near the top, a short celebratory message sits above the character in curving letters, with the words split between yellow and white for contrast. Behind everything, the background fades from deep purple at the top down into a coral red near the bottom, like a party scene at dusk. Tiny stars and glowing dots in several colors are scattered across the gradient, giving the space a twinkly, festive feel. In the upper left, a small firework burst fans outward in bright lines, like a mini celebration in the corner 🛠️. The character’s sparkling dark eyes and the upper-left firework sit against the purple-to-coral gradient sprinkled with multicolored stars and dots.
